Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer—energy Management to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate is a local professional with a stable work history and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. This role is designed for someone with advanced sales and engineering expertise in building automation systems, energy management solutions, or mechanical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of building automation, HVAC systems, and a consultative sales approach. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts for energy management solutions, working with commercial mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, showcasing energy-saving solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of technical designs and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships, offering technical expertise to support long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions continually.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in building automation, energy management, or mechanical system solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of energy management, HVAC systems, and building automation (such as Tridium Niagara, Bacnet, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Schneider Electric systems).
  • Local, stable work history in the Seattle market, with a strong professional network.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
