Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts for energy management solutions, working with commercial mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, showcasing energy-saving solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of technical designs and customer requirements.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships, offering technical expertise to support long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions continually.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in building automation, energy management, or mechanical system solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of energy management, HVAC systems, and building automation (such as Tridium Niagara, Bacnet, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Schneider Electric systems).
- Local, stable work history in the Seattle market, with a strong professional network.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
