Responsibilities:

  • Develop, program, and fine-tune control systems using industry-standard programming languages and tools.
  • Carry out the hands-on implementation of control solutions on-site, ensuring they integrate well and function as intended.
  • Perform exhaustive testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet performance standards and project specifications.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, applying effective problem-solving skills to offer timely resolutions.
  • Maintain active engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their requirements are met and addressing any concerns to their satisfaction.
  • Produce meticulous documentation for all projects, including system designs, programming details, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide comprehensive training to both clients and team members on the effective operation and maintenance of the integrated systems.

Qualifications:
  • Must reside in Omaha, NE, or be willing to relocate.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in systems integration, with a focus on control systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming control systems using standard industry languages and software.
  • Proven ability to implement control systems on-site, with a strong foundation in fieldwork.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying and rectifying integration issues.
  • Excellent documentation skills, capable of creating detailed project records and guides.
