Familiarity with industry-standard software tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore, along with a stable work history and a proven track record of success in managing large commercial plumbing projects, is essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with design and estimating teams to develop accurate project specifications and cost estimates.
Conduct regular project site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilize industry-standard software tools, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore, for effective project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
