Job Title: Senior Inside HVAC Sales Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:
We seek a driven and experienced Senior Inside HVAC Sales Manager to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This leadership role is key to managing daily sales operations, guiding office staff, and building strong relationships with our commercial HVAC clients. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily inside sales operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support office staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to streamline operations and enhance departmental performance.
  • Manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, contracts, and proposals while responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders and project timelines and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong project management and customer service background, particularly in commercial HVAC projects.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Proficient in SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial HVAC projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with data entry, CRM platforms, and order processing systems.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High energy, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Location & Work Environment:
  • This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, in an office setting with occasional site visits as needed. You'll work closely with internal teams, project managers, and customers to support HVAC projects and drive sales growth.
