Job Summary
We seek a skilled Commercial Service Plumber with at least two years of hands-on experience in the service and repair of plumbing systems within commercial buildings. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in schools, hospitals, airports, high-rise buildings, and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine service and emergency repairs on plumbing systems in various commercial settings, ensuring all work complies with local codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently, providing accurate assessments and recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including backflow preventers, water heaters, and piping systems, to prevent breakdowns and extend system life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues and solutions clearly and professionally and providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for the technician and the client.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial plumbing, specifically in service and repair roles within commercial buildings.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in various commercial settings.
- Diagnostic solid skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated stable work history within the Phoenix area, focusing on local experience in commercial plumbing service work.
