This role requires servicing a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, ice machines, and rack systems.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including adherence to EPA guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service, including timely response to service calls and clear communication of service details and recommendations.
Maintain accurate service logs and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
Proven local and stable work history in commercial refrigeration services.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, reaching, and lifting associated with servicing refrigeration equipment.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner.
