Job Title: Senior Refrigeration Service Technician

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Astoria, OR. The ideal candidate will be a resident with a stable work history and a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment, including small RTUs, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and coolers.
Provide high-quality service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair.
Proven field service experience.
Ability to work with various models and brands of refrigeration equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Technical degree or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration is preferred.
