Technical Mastery: Supervise the installation and operation of HVAC systems to meet specific project specifications.
Strategic Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient project progression.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local codes and safety standards.
Software Utilization: Expertly use tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and Viewpoint to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of eight years in project management, with a solid track record in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
Advanced Technical Skills: High proficiency in industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and Viewpoint.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Phoenix’s building codes and construction regulations.
