Job Overview:

We invite a seasoned Senior Project Manager to bolster our Phoenix-based team. The role is tailor-made for someone with a decade or more of commercial HVAC and plumbing project management experience. A solid grasp of OSHPD, HCAI, Bluebeam, and Excel is indispensable. This position carries leadership responsibilities and emphasizes efficient project supervision and adept team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the orchestration, direction, and fruition of major commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, particularly within hospital infrastructures.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to meet stipulated project goals.
  • Employ Bluebeam and Excel for meticulous project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Scrutinize project guidelines, design outlines, and contracts to ensure complete comprehension and fulfillment of all criteria.
  • Craft and regulate project budgets and timelines, making adaptive changes when needed to guarantee projects are financially viable and punctual.
  • Oversee the procurement dynamics – ensuring timely material and equipment acquisition and coordinating deliveries in alignment with project milestones.
  • Adhere to OSHPD, HCAI, and all pertinent health and safety standards.
  • Preside over project meetings, consistently updating stakeholders on project trajectories and challenges.
  • Forge and nurture lasting professional relationships with clients and subcontracting entities.
  • Mentor and steer junior project managers and associated team personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a similar discipline.
  • A rich background spanning at least 10 years in overseeing commercial HVAC and plumbing ventures, with a deep-seated focus on hospital-centric projects.
  • Acquaintance with OSHPD and HCAI stipulations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Bluebeam and Excel.
  • An analytical mindset, primed for problem-solving and detail orientation.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
  • A stable work history.
