We are seeking an experienced and locally-based Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage commercial and healthcare projects in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate should bring a stable work history, possess over 10 years of project management experience in medium to large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction, and be familiar with OSHPD/HCASI requirements.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee commercial and healthcare plumbing/HVAC projects from conception to completion.
Team Management: Manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and support staff, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to OSHPD/HCASI requirements and other relevant regulations.
Construction Software: Utilize construction software, including Bluebeam and other industry tools, to enhance project management efficiency.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures when applicable.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays proactively.
Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure overall project satisfaction.
Construction Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of construction projects.
Qualifications:
Local Residency: Based in Phoenix, AZ.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management for commercial and healthcare plumbing/HVAC construction.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHPD/HCASI requirements and other relevant regulations.
