We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects, including the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in commercial HVAC and plumbing.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and principles.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven stable work history in the local area.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Must be located in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
