Job Title: Senior HVAC Sales Operations Manager

Summary:
We seek a driven and experienced Senior HVAC Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. This leadership role is pivotal in managing daily sales operations, mentoring office staff, and fostering strong relationships with our commercial HVAC clients. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily HVAC sales operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support office staff, cultivating a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive client acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and department performance.
  • Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, contracts, and proposals while responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage purchase orders and project timelines and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
  • Strong project management and customer service background, focusing on commercial HVAC projects.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Proficient in SMACNA standards for duct work and industrial HVAC projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with data entry, CRM platforms, and order processing systems.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • High energy, proactive problem-solving approach, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Location & Work Environment:
This position is based in Riverside, CA, in an office setting with occasional site visits as needed. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, project managers, and customers to support HVAC projects and drive sales growth
