This role requires a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, particularly in project coordination or dispatching. The ideal candidate will be local to the Bay Area, possess a stable work history, and demonstrate expertise in managing complex HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring precise and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to coordinate efforts and resolve issues during project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator, dispatcher, or similar role in the commercial HVAC industry.
Candidates must be local to San Jose, CA, and demonstrate a stable work history within the commercial HVAC sector.
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
