Job Summary
We seek a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior HVAC Project Coordinator to join our San Jose, CA team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, particularly in project coordination or dispatching. The ideal candidate will be local to the Bay Area, possess a stable work history, and demonstrate expertise in managing complex HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring precise and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to coordinate efforts and resolve issues during project execution.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator, dispatcher, or similar role in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Candidates must be local to San Jose, CA, and demonstrate a stable work history within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
