Job Title: Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Orange, CA

We seek an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Orange, CA. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems while providing top-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and split systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues with minimal supervision.
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing recommendations for system improvements.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Location & Work Environment

This position is based in Orange, CA, and involves working on-site at various commercial facilities. The role requires travel to customer locations, working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
