Responsibilities
- Install, Maintain, and Repair: Handle water-cooled chillers' installation, maintenance, and repair.
- System Diagnostics: Diagnose and fix issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control units.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Use advanced knowledge of piping systems, valves, and water flow management.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with brands like Trane, Carrier, York, Johnson Controls, Daikin, American Chillers, Whaley, and Multistack.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least ten years with water-cooled chillers.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in chiller systems and components, including cooling tower integration.
- Certifications: OEM certifications and experience are a plus.
- Local and Stable Work History: Proven stable employment in the San Antonio.
- Industry Experience: Background with major HVAC distributors or mechanical contractors.
