We are seeking a Senior Chiller Technician specializing in water-cooled chillers for our operations in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water-cooled chillers in settings such as hospitals, data centers, and industrial plants. Local candidates with a stable work history are preferred.
Responsibilities
Install, Maintain, and Repair: Handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of water-cooled chillers.
System Diagnostics: Diagnose and fix issues with chiller components like compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control units.
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
Technical Expertise: Use advanced knowledge of piping systems, valves, and water flow management.
Vendor Coordination: Work with brands such as Trane, Carrier, York, Johnson Controls, Dyken, American Chillers, Whaley, and Multistack.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 10 years of experience with water-cooled chillers.
Technical Knowledge: Expertise in chiller systems and components, including cooling tower integration.
Certifications: OEM certifications and experience are a plus.
Local and Stable Work History: Proven track record of stable employment in the San Antonio area.
Industry Experience: Background with major HVAC distributors or mechanical contractors.
