Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee and manage complex projects within diverse sectors, including pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas. This role demands a local candidate with a stable work history, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they were delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders effectively to accommodate project scope changes and client needs.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leverage your experience managing projects across various sectors, including pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing.
- Proficiency in building Gantt charts, project scheduling, and estimating change orders.
- Must be a local candidate with a demonstrated stable work history in the industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Industry Sectors: Proven experience managing projects in pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
- Customer Relations: Strong ability to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
