Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Mechanical Construction

Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee and manage complex projects within diverse sectors, including pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas. This role demands a local candidate with a stable work history, demonstrating a proven track record in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Led and managed commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they were delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders effectively to accommodate project scope changes and client needs.
Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Leverage your experience managing projects across various sectors, including pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing.
Proficiency in building Gantt charts, project scheduling, and estimating change orders.
Must be a local candidate with a demonstrated stable work history in the industry.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Preferred Experience
Industry Sectors: Proven experience managing projects in pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
Customer Relations: Strong ability to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
