Responsibilities:
- Support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Assist in estimating and preparing project bids for plumbing and HVAC installations.
- Utilize BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software for accurate estimating, project scheduling, and document management.
- Oversee service and tenant improvement (TI) projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC estimating and project management.
- Familiarity with BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore software.
- Proven experience with service and tenant improvement (TI) commercial projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Stable work history with references.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
- Experience with LEED and sustainable building practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
