We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history and possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management. Proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore, and a proven track record of successful large commercial projects are essential.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight for commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Design and Estimating: Utilize expertise in plumbing and HVAC design and estimating to develop accurate and competitive project bids.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools, including BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are executed to their satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including bids, proposals, and project schedules.
Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
