Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, execution, and completion of commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
  2. Engage collaboratively with contractors, vendors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure streamlined project progression.
  3. Analyze and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
  4. Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  5. Uphold strict adherence to local, state, and industry-specific codes, regulations, and best practices.
  6. Host regular project status meetings, providing detailed updates and proactively addressing challenges.
  7. Leverage industry insights and experience to drive continuous improvement in project execution strategies.
  8. Maintain open and transparent communication channels with clients, ensuring complete transparency and building long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Must be locally based in Orange, CA.
  • Demonstrates a stable work history.
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial plumbing/HVAC project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Holds valid licenses in Plumbing, HVAC, Engineer-in-Training (EIT), or Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Recognized certifications such as LEED AP or CPD will be a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating efficient team collaboration and client relations.
