We are currently seeking a highly qualified and locally-based Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will have a stable work history, possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management, and bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management. Familiarity with tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore, and a proven track record of handling large commercial projects are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and designs.
Utilize technical expertise to contribute to the design and estimation process for plumbing and HVAC systems in commercial projects.
Prepare accurate project cost estimates, bid proposals, and project schedules.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of deliverables.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Utilize project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore to facilitate efficient project communication and documentation.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in commercial plumbing and HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large commercial projects.
Familiarity with project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore.
