Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, along with proficiency in BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore, and a proven track record of working on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Design and Estimating: Utilize expertise in plumbing and HVAC design and estimating to create accurate and competitive project bids.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Client Interaction: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and ensuring project requirements are met.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and project schedules.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues in a proactive and effective manner.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Familiarity with large commercial projects.
