- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Client Interaction: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and ensuring project requirements are met.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and project schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues in a proactive and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
