Your role involves working closely with sales, design teams, and clients, focusing on plumbing and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop project estimates and proposals in collaboration with sales and design teams.
Conduct engineering calculations and design layouts for plumbing and HVAC systems, following industry standards.
Assess project feasibility and offer cost-effective solutions.
Provide technical support during sales and preconstruction phases.
Review mechanical plans and specifications for quality and compliance.
Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors, managing project communication.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
Enhance preconstruction processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
EIT or PE license preferred.
2+ years in commercial plumbing and HVAC design/engineering.
Experience with large, complex projects.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and similar software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
