Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating all HVAC and plumbing construction project activities.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other project team members to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings, ensuring they align with company standards and client expectations.
Coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects remain on track and within the defined scope.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
Handle client communications without the Project Manager, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Monitor field work, ensuring it aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
Manage and resolve potential issues, conflicts, or discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to ensure projects adhere to current standards.
Qualifications:
Residency in or near Orange, CA, complemented by a stable and commendable professional history.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Plumbing, HVAC, EIT, or PE Licenses.
Certifications such as LEED AP or CPD.
At least five years of experience in construction, mechanical contracting, project engineering, estimating, or engineering HVAC and plumbing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
