Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of commercial plumbing service projects from start to finish.
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of plumbers and service technicians to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents to guide service activities.
Track project progress, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot issues to maintain schedules.
Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality standards and project specifications.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and mentoring skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Residency in the Phoenix area with a stable, verifiable work history.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing large-scale commercial service projects.
Advanced certifications in plumbing, safety, or project management.
