Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of commercial plumbing service projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of plumbers and service technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents to guide service activities.
  • Track project progress, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot issues to maintain schedules.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to uphold quality standards and project specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and mentoring skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Residency in the Phoenix area with a stable, verifiable work history.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial service projects.
  • Advanced certifications in plumbing, safety, or project management.
  • Familiarity with project management software and digital tools.
