- Accurate Estimating: Conduct detailed cost and timeline estimations based on project specifications, maintaining competitive accuracy.
- Technical Execution: Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Microsoft Project to streamline project management processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 5-10 years in plumbing sales, estimating, or project management, with a proven track record in the commercial sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and familiar with Trimble AutoBid.
- Key Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
