Job Summary
We seek an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial plumbing projects, focusing on tenant improvements and special projects within the Orange, CA, area. This role requires a deep understanding of construction management and proficiency in project planning, estimating, and execution. Expertise in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid is essential for accurate tracking and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all phases of commercial plumbing projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and close-out, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets, leveraging your expertise to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities while fostering partnerships for future projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, superintendents, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless communication and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Utilize Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting, adjusting strategies to maintain project alignment with goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects, focusing on large-scale special projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating, project management, and sales within the commercial plumbing sector.
  • Advanced technical skills with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for accurate project tracking and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements in Orange, CA.
  • Local and stable work history demonstrating commitment and expertise within the commercial construction industry.
