Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial plumbing projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the stipulated timelines and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors to delineate project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all projects comply with OSPHD HCAI and relevant industry safety standards.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and inform all stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
  • Resolve on-site challenges, discrepancies, or conflicts, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Regularly review and analyze project costs, schedules, and forecasts, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Residency in or close to San Jose, CA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSPHD HCAI and industry safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management is preferred.
