Overview
Supervise and manage commercial construction projects' piping scope. Oversee multiple installers on medium and large commercial construction projects ensuring local, state, and federal building, safety, and QC requirements.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely project completion, general safety, productivity, schedules, and coordination with other project leaders. Communicate effectively with contractors and other trades.
Maximize field productivity by taking material takeoffs, placing orders for tools, materials, and equipment.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on commercial piping installation experience
4+ years of Foreman experience managing crews of 10 or more

Piping, HVAC, and Safety Certifications and Licenses
Associates in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
