Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients in the Corona area, focusing on payroll and related services.
  2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for payroll services through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs and requirements of each client.
  3. Present customized payroll solutions that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline, while highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our company's services in the market.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly communicate the value proposition of our payroll services.
  6. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
  9. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress towards targets.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll sales or a related field, with a focus on commercial businesses.
  2. Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
