Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients in the Corona area, focusing on payroll and related services.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for payroll services through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs and requirements of each client.
- Present customized payroll solutions that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline, while highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our company's services in the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly communicate the value proposition of our payroll services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll sales or a related field, with a focus on commercial businesses.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
