Overview
We seek a Mechanical Services Sales Director to lead and expand commercial HVAC service sales operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong HVAC service sales and operations background, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and a deep understanding of commercial mechanical systems. The Sales Director will be responsible for business development, team leadership, and client relationship management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the Phoenix market.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and service teams, ensuring operational excellence and a high-performance culture.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, including large commercial accounts, to drive long-term business opportunities.
  • Oversee commercial HVAC service operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and system optimization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; advanced leadership training or industry certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales, with a strong leadership background.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and managing high-performance teams in the mechanical services industry.
  • Expertise in commercial HVAC systems, including maintenance, retrofits, and energy efficiency solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and negotiate service contracts with commercial clients.
  • Stable work history, preferably with experience in the Phoenix, AZ market.
