Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, project delivery, and resource management in alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams to achieve performance targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support business growth and project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in the commercial mechanical construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or operational management role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, piping, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
- Demonstrated stability in prior roles with a local presence in the Honolulu area or a willingness to relocate.
