Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage mechanical service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality service delivery, and compliance with industry standards.
- Build strong client partnerships by delivering responsive service solutions and proactive maintenance programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing service teams, fostering continuous growth and professional development.
- Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive departmental profitability.
- Oversee service operations for HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, medical gas systems, and fire protection, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in mechanical service operations within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection.
- Skilled in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop service teams effectively.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a stable and local work history in Honolulu, HI, or those willing to relocate.
