Job Title: Mechanical Director of Sales – Western Region

Overview
We seek a Mechanical Director of Sales to lead and expand commercial HVAC service and mechanical construction sales operations in the Western Region, based in Phoenix, AZ. This leadership role requires a strategic sales expert with deep industry knowledge, a track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, and retrofit projects and the expertise to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base, drive revenue, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead and mentor sales and service teams, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer engagement.
  • Oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical service projects, from contract negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies, optimize resources, and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 15+ years of HVAC industry experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership and service operations.
  • Expertise in commercial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, VRF systems, piping, and plumbing infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth, business development, and market expansion in the commercial mechanical sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Local and stable work history, preferably with experience in the Phoenix, AZ market.
