We’re hiring a skilled and experienced Lead Plumbing Foreman to manage and execute commercial plumbing projects in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities
• Lead and perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings.
• Supervise underground plumbing installations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plans.
• Install and assemble various piping systems (PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, Victaulic) for pipe sizes from 20” to 1/4”.
• Troubleshoot and install plumbing fixtures following blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and maintain a clean job site.
• Operate or oversee excavation equipment as needed.
• Work closely with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of commercial plumbing experience focusing on complex systems and installations.
• Expertise in PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, and Victaulic piping systems.
• Proven experience with underground plumbing and fixture installations.
• Skilled with plumbing tools (hand and power tools).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
