Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, startup, and commissioning of building automation controls, ensuring systems function seamlessly and meet all project requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive service and maintenance on existing systems, maximizing system performance and longevity.
- Mentor and develop junior technicians, providing training and guidance to strengthen team skills and expertise.
- Stay updated on industry developments to ensure the integration of the latest technology in building automation.
- Manage client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Utilize advanced programming capabilities to customize controls systems according to specific project needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in controls installation, with a deep understanding of building automation systems.
- Proficient in programming and configuring building automation systems, with a strong focus on point-to-point controls.
- Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven track record of managing complex controls projects in the Las Vegas area, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
