- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs in commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity of HVAC equipment.
- Work across various commercial environments, such as corporate buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, ensuring all systems meet regulatory and client standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Remain up-to-date with industry advancements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Educate clients on system maintenance and energy efficiency best practices.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- Resident of Los Angeles, CA, or willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex mechanical systems like RTUs, chillers, and VRFs.
- Strong capability in diverse commercial environments, with a focus on high-quality and precise workmanship.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Superb communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
