Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs in commercial settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, providing efficient and effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity of HVAC equipment.
Work across various commercial environments, such as corporate buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, ensuring all systems meet regulatory and client standards.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Remain up-to-date with industry advancements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Educate clients on system maintenance and energy efficiency best practices.

Qualifications:
Resident of Los Angeles, CA, or willing to relocate.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex mechanical systems like RTUs, chillers, and VRFs.
Strong capability in diverse commercial environments, with a focus on high-quality and precise workmanship.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
