Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, service, and repair large commercial mechanical equipment, including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and more.
  2. Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning systems, determining the root cause of failures, and crafting appropriate solutions.
  3. Provide regular maintenance to HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and longevity.
  4. Engage with commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, data centers, and labs, ensuring all HVAC requirements are met and exceeded.
  5. Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and adhere to the highest industry standards.
  6. Stay informed about the latest advancements in HVAC technology and best practices to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
  7. Educate clients on system operations, maintenance protocols, and energy-saving best practices.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be locally based in San Francisco, CA.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a commercial HVAC technician.
  • Possession of a valid EPA Universal Certification.
  • Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other significant commercial mechanical equipment.
  • Versatility in working across various commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, etc.
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and client interaction.
