Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain essential project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
  • Foster clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor and assist in managing project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics with subcontractors and vendors to guarantee the timely and efficient delivery of services and materials.
  • Implement quality control procedures to meet and exceed project specifications and expectations.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any on-site issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Aid in resolving project challenges, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management roles, specifically in HVAC and plumbing sectors.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, construction practices, and materials.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client relations.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with a readiness to take initiative in project tasks.
  • Candidates must be local to Phoenix, AZ, or willing to relocate.
