Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
- Candidates must reside in the San Diego area or be willing to relocate.
- Demonstrated consistent employment in the HVAC industry.
- Must possess an EPA Universal Certification.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Extensive experience with large tonnage applied HVAC equipment such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and handling various physical tasks.
- Additional certifications or training in HVAC systems and technologies.
- Experience with specific brands and models of HVAC equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
