Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment such as package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Perform diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
