Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Commercial Systems

Overview: Seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with expertise in commercial and industrial systems. The ideal candidate will be part of a proactive team focused on high-quality service, innovative solutions, and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, safe work environments on all assignments.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including safe driving and working practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Adapt to and utilize mobile work order systems efficiently.
  • Document all performed work accurately and comprehensively.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Conduct maintenance services and manage after-hours shutdowns as necessary.
  • Provide on-call service on a rotational basis.
  • Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various types of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Requirements:

  • Universal EPA Certification and technical HVAC training.
  • 4 – 8 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Experience in line sets, brazing techniques, and interpreting diagrams and schematics.
  • Proven local and stable work history in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience with chiller and boiler service; additional factory training is beneficial.
  • Knowledge in servicing hydronic pump systems, including applications, troubleshooting, and start-up.

Preferred:

  • Expertise in critical cooling systems, with additional factory training or certifications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for job requirements.
  • Further education in the HVAC field is advantageous.
