Key Responsibilities
- Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on their HVAC service needs.
- Conduct thorough rooftop equipment and systems evaluations to identify sales opportunities for preventative maintenance and service solutions.
- Present and close industrial preventative maintenance programs, providing customized solutions for each client.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage customer portfolios, sales databases, and operational details to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with market trends and technical advancements by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in monthly sales meetings.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the HVAC/R industry.
- Experience conducting rooftop equipment assessments and delivering practical service proposals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
- 5–10 years in the cooling tower service or HVAC industry is preferred.
- A solid track record of local experience and career stability is highly valued.
- Experience in sales, account management, lead generation, and business development.
- Comprehensive understanding of local Building and Mechanical Codes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
