Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth in the HVAC sector.
- Accurately estimate HVAC service and project work costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Collaborate with the field team to ensure seamless execution of projects and services sold.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Diego market.
- Prepared and delivered persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales and estimating, with a stable and local work history.
- Background in the HVAC field, preferably with hands-on experience in service or installation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
