This role focuses on providing innovative HVAC technologies for data centers, critical infrastructure, and other large-scale commercial environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts for advanced HVAC systems, focusing on data centers, hospitals, and extensive commercial facilities.
  • Provide technical expertise and customized solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring efficient system operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering top-tier sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on HVAC technologies, system benefits, and sustainability features.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC projects and meet performance standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and optimize client offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales engineering, focusing on complex commercial systems such as chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and other critical mechanical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems used in data centers and mission-critical infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects from proposal through execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), HVAC load calculation tools, and project management software such as MS Project or similar platforms.
  • A local and stable work history is required. The focus is on long-term client success in the San Diego region.
