Job Title: Senior Building Automation Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE

Job Summary
We seek an experienced leader to drive complex projects, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration of Building Automation Systems (BAS) in large-scale facilities across Omaha, NE. You'll work with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric to develop innovative, energy-efficient building environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage BAS projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee system design, programming, and commissioning for large commercial buildings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and technicians to optimize HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance on integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance building performance.
Qualifications 
  • 7+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) project management.
  • Proficiency in Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and control strategies.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project planning and documentation.
  • Proven track record of managing local and stable projects with successful outcomes.
