Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of building automation system projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee the design and integration of BAS solutions, including Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, installation, and commissioning teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Utilize software like MS Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD to maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation project management within the commercial mechanical construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of BAS platforms, energy management systems, and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, delegate effectively, and drive project success.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
