Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial HVAC industry.

- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Attend industry events and network to build a brand presence in the local market.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Must be a local candidate with a stable work history.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, service, and maintenance.
- Proven record in generating sales and managing client relationships in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the sales and project management process.
- Experience in networking and building relationships within the commercial HVAC industry.
