Position Summary
The HVAC Project Sales will generate sales and manage client relationships within the commercial HVAC sector. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, strong sales acumen, and the ability to estimate and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial HVAC project sales and experience in installation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the local market.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Attend industry events and network to build a brand presence in the local market.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Must be a local candidate with a stable work history.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, service, and maintenance.
  • Proven record in generating sales and managing client relationships in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the sales and project management process.
  • Experience in networking and building relationships within the commercial HVAC industry.
