Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial HVAC projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to secure new projects.
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure precise cost assessments.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial proposal to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, offering solutions that meet client needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Must be a local candidate with a proven stable work history in the Riverside area.
Minimum of three years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
