Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary
We seek a knowledgeable and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience managing commercial HVAC projects. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and scheduling goals are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects, from planning and design through installation and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Use software tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
  • Ensure all installations comply with mechanical codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, identifying potential risks and offering mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical codes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be local to Los Angeles, CA, or willing to relocate or commute reliably.
